I already own some cashmere sweaters and just ordered a new one, first time from Maisoncashmere. While the sweater purchased is put together very well and is true to the size specified, the feel of the material is far less soft and silky in comparison to my other cashmere sweaters. I'll keep it and will wear it but am somewhat disappointed as I expected the same softness of the wool.

Still holding up which is better than the pants which are piling already! You said the type of threading would reduce or alleviate this problem! I can wear those pants looking like that! What do you suggest? Send me a comb?

Color is beautiful but it was not made to order!
I ordered an xl/xxl but the sleeves are too long and the dress is too small.
What waste of money and time.
You take pride in advertising the made to order as the reason that it takes so long but it’s not made to fit per order.
