Unfortunately, this level of damage is not consistent with a manufacturing defect. We take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously, and we apply our return policy thoughtfully and consistently. In this case, the garment was not in a condition that meets our return terms, and the damage could not be attributed to a production flaw, but rather to signs of heavy use. That said, should you wish to have the item returned to you, we’d be happy to arrange it.
