Customer service:
The initial communication from the company was good. However, all came to silence when the delivery still had not arrived several weeks past the expected time of delivery. I was only informed of the delay when I approached customer service. I wasn't in a rush to receive the products but I do expect basic communication of such a delay by the company. I was definitely disappointed with the customer service and the poor communication.

Product:
First of all, I would like to remind the company to change the statement regarding the country of origin of the relevant products on the website. It states "made in Italy" on the website for the dresses I purchased, however, the label on the dresses indicates that they are manufactured in China. I find this misleading on the company's part and not acceptable.

In terms of the quality of the dresses I bought - passable is all I would say for these dresses. One of the two dresses I bought had multiple bits of thread that were pulled out throughout the dress. I think better quality control is required. I am disappointed.

We are producers and since day one we have 7 factories where
 we realize all the knitwear: 6 in Italy and 1 in Inner Mongolia/China. In early months of 2017 we made big investments and we have moved most of all productions in Italy. Accordingly, we changed the “Made in” description in most of our webpage. Still now we have some products imported from abroad, which still display into the product’s page this info as Made in China.



As you have unluckily experienced, we got a delivery delay with your purchase. Honestly we have had some technical-production problem with a machinery standing inside one of our Italian workshops. In few words, our regular procedure couldn't work as per plan and we saw ourselves forced to realize yours and few other products in our factory abroad. This caused delay. In that case we would avoid to cancel your order and cause you further problems. Thats why we decided to produce it over there.



We are happy to share this info publicly cause for MaisonCashmere the most important is commercial brightness, customer care and products quality.



We remind you Ms Jenny that if the product was not satisfying you, we could have replaced it or simply accepted your return and refund you the payment. If you are still interested to change it, we are here at your disposal, even if out of terms. At the end, we have been the ones who created this scenario and we would like to fix it even if you never asked for assistance.

I bought this to wear under a low-ish necked cardigan jacket when it was too cold for a bare neck! it also works very well under a more formal jacket as an alternative to a blouse or shirt. After great anticipation I received my Cashmere Hoodie. OMG!!! It was definately worth the wait! I cannot take it off. I wear it at home, to University and to bed! It is so comfortable! I will probably order another one, The only slight suggestion is that perhaps it could be a bit longer in the body as I am quite tall (178Cms) with a long body so a little longer would make it all the more snuggly! Have been looking for 100% wool shorts for my company's work uniform for sometime. I own a personal training gym and wear these shorts daily, and wash them in the gentle cycle, cold water 2x each week. They are very durable and still look perfect after several washes when cared for properly. I cannot describe how much I recommend this company and product. I workout and have large legs, so a XXL fit me perfect. I am 180 cm and 89 kg.

I have been wearing this jumper every other day for the last two weeks.
It is so comfortable and cosy. The colour is unique, and makes a great change from black and grey! It has only balled slightly, which of course is expected.
My only complaint is that the sleeve length in the photo on the model who was 5' 8'' or 9'' and wearing small was a lot longer than the one I received.
The sleeves are too short for a winter jumper.
However I have not returned the jumper as I am using it as the perfect transitional piece with the sleeves turned up a little to show of bangles etc and it looks fabulous.
When I order my next piece I will make enquiries about sleeve length.
All in all good value for the price and worth the wait, in my case over a month.

Soft and lightweight cashmere it's the ideal poncho to travel or as lounge wear at home. The only negative is the strong plastic smell when taking out of the bag. Also, I didn't expect that the clothes to be made in China (nothing against it). All in all, I look forward to wearing the poncho as long as possible.

We'd like to clarify its origin: your item was produced in Inner Mongolia, region from which raw cashmere is sourced. In fact, Mongolia has a long history in the production of cashmere yarn and knits.
However, from now on (May 2017), this poncho will be made in our production site in Italy. Our choice to change production locations is part of our will to support and continue Italy's rich tradition of fine craftsmanship.
As regards the plastic smell, we apologize. It seems the issue lies in the bag used to protect the garment during its shipment. We truly care about the quality of our items and feel that their presentation is important. For this reason, we are in the process of changing these bags in order to ensure the issue no longer occurs. We thank you for pointing the out to us, your feedback is greatly appreciated. I do a lot of writing and reviewing in modern media, and there's no reason to leave the comfort of home nor to get dressed up in anything less comfy than what have been called "lounge pants." Cashmere may seem to be a bit overindulging for what look like work-out pants, but since I live in them, why wear something less comfy? I do not wear my cashmere pants for workouts, even going for walks beyond the vision of my house--to the mailbox and no further. Long walks and exercise are what work-out pants are for. These pants are for sitting in front of your computer, TV or with good friends talking. That's it. As an aside, my next door neighbors are cashmere goats who live on 13 acres of meadow. They are as friendly as puppies, and every year, my neighbors comb out the cashmere used for scarves, sweaters, caps, and lounge pants.
