cardigan molto caldo, bello, la cosa però che ho verificato è che tende ad arricciarsi/arrotolarsi all'insù su tutto il perimetro/bordo non rimanendo bello dritto, e la cosa da un po' fastidio soprattutto per il tipo di capo, come se gli mancasse consistenza/tenuta sulla parte terminale.

Riguardo al punto che ha sollevato, vorremmo precisare che l'effetto di arricciatura o arrotolamento sui bordi è proprio una caratteristica stilistica voluta per conferire al capo un aspetto più informale. Non è un difetto, ma un elemento di stile desiderato. Siamo dispiaciuti che questa caratteristica non sia stata di suo gradimento, ma ci auguriamo che possa comunque apprezzare il comfort del nostro prodotto.

A la suite d’une commande de bonnet, la livraison a pris du retard, mon colis étant bloqué à Paris. Je tiens à remercier le service client qui m’a fait parvenir en express un nouveau colis via un autre transporteur. Très professionnel, bravo à vous.
Le bonnet est conforme à la description et très agréable à porter.
