The first item was too small and was returned, as confirmed by MC. The promised replacement was apparently shipped, but never arrived. Trying to arrange refund or replacement but they say too much time has gone by to do this as I had forgotten and took many months to tell them - my bad! Still trying ...

Dear Neil, we are sorry for your disappointment. However, we would like to publicly share our point of view, as already explained personally in our email exchange with you. We produced and shipped your first item as originally ordered, within the promised time frame. Once the item arrived and was not the right size, we promptly arranged a return and exchange with you, helping to select the right size and even offering a discount on the upgrade to a plus size from standard (£5 instead of the usual £15 price difference). We then produced your new item and shipped as soon as it was ready. Now, 9 months later, you inform that never received the parcel. As you know, as soon as we received your email, we checked with the courier and can confirm that we did indeed ship the item (and have provided you with proof of shipment via email). We even requested that a formal claim be opened regarding this shipment. Unfortunately, however, the courier is not able to provide us with a full record of this shipment, given that their policy is to keep record only of the past 6 months. We are truly sorry that you are unsatisfied. Nevertheless we feel that we have done everything in our power to assist in good faith. It is simply not possible to do anything else at this point, after all this time has gone by. Had you only informed us sooner, we are certain that, together, we would have been able to find a more favorable solution for all involved.
